Would it be possible to modify the "search" process so that you would not have to select basic, group, service part number, identification number, description, parts list, etc. You could just hit Ctrl-F, then type the number and hit enter and Microcat would search any or all occurances of the search criteria and then it would let you select which info you are looking for. Also, what is the sorting process for the results that are returned when a search is performed? Is it alphabetical, numerical, and which category is it sorting, description, restrictions, etc. Many times when determining which part you need while looking at several possible choices, you will see engine size, Rh or Lh, Build Dates, With or Without, Trim Levels, Colors, etc, are all scattered within the search results and it seems there is no logical sorting method. I think if we knew the methodology, it might make more sense and we could be more productive. Thanks.
