I believe Ford just has the two brackets in the illustration just sitting there, not necessarily where they would go on the vehicle. This is another instance where you would need to go directly to Ford for a change to occur if they are indeed wrong. My investigation shows that we are publishing these exactly how Ford gave them to us and we cant change that.
