Hi Tom, Our Customer Service Desk has found some users that updated their Windows Explorer to the new 7.0 and have had a problem sending parts from the Transfer List to their In-house. Its not across the board and is intermittent. The correction for this is to add a Delay in the Parts Sequencer in the Communication Settings under Dealer Business Systems. In the Sequencer, you put the Delay first and set it for 500 (1/2 second). Then enter your normal sequence. So for example, if you currently have <PART> <RETURN> <QTY> <RETURN> you would now set it as <Delay500> <PART> <RETURN> <QTY> < RETURN> . Give it a try and let us know. Thanks.
