Recently, we have noticed that parts from the Work Bench will not transfer to the Reynolds & Reynolds screen on two of our Dell PCs. This problem is intermittent and can sometimes be corrected with a restart..sometimes not. None of the Communication Preferences have been changed and all of the workstations are using the same settings. Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you!
